Case in 18K yellow gold set with round-cut diamonds, 18K yellow gold octogonal crown set with a diamond, sapphire crystal, silver grained dial, Roman numerals, sword-shaped black oxidized steel hands, alligator-skin strap, 18K gold adjustable deployant buckle, workshop-crafeeted mechanical movement with manual winding Cartier caliber 430 MC, water resistant to 30 meters / 100 feet.
Case dimensions: 44.488x34.6 mm, 5.58 mm thick.
