It has the special characteristics of the perpetual calendars in the Cartier Fine Watchmaking Collection: the days of the week are indicated by a retrograde hand, the date is marked in large numbers around the dial and the month and leap year counter is at 12 o’clock.

Perpetual calendar complication with days indicated by a retrograde hand, months and leap years in a counter at 12 o'clock. 18K white gold case, beaded crown set with a sapphire cabochon, sapphire crystal, white galvanized "guilloché" dial, silvered, brushed open-work grid with sunray effect, black transferred Roman and Arabic numerals, month and day of the week, snailed counter, sword-shaped blued-steel minutes and hours hands, sapphire case back. Alligator-skin strap with double adjustable deployant buckle in 18K white gold. Water-resistant to 3 bar (30 meters). Manufacture mechanical movement with automatic winding, caliber 9422 MC, individually numbered and comprised of 293 parts including 33 jewels.
