In the 42 mm case of the 9423 MC movement, Cartier has brought together two of the most famous complications in watchmaking: a perpetual calendar and a chronograph. It has the features of a perpetual calendar in the Cartier Fine Watchmaking collection: the days of the week indicated by a retrograde hand, the date written in large Arabic numerals around the dial with the month and leap year counter located at 12 o'clock. In addition, there is an automatic winding high-precision, high-torque mechanical chronograph.

Perpetual calendar chronograph complications. Case in 18K pink gold, circular-grained crown in 18K pink gold, set with a sapphire cabochon. Sapphire crystal, brown galvanized guilloché dial, openwork satin-brushed grid with sun ray finish, pink transferred Roman and Arabic numerals for the months and days of the week. Sword-shaped and hammer-shaped hands in gilded steel. Brown alligator-skin strap, double adjustable deployant buckle in 18K pink gold. Water-resistant to 30 meters (3 bar).Mechanical Manufacture movement with manual winding, caliber 9423 MC, with 445 parts including 44 jewels.
Movement diameter: 25.28 mm, movement thickness: 7.7 mm, balance: 21,800 vibrations/hour, power reserve: approx. 48 hours.
Case dimensions: 42 mm diameter, 14.9 mm thickness.
